Nimble's marketing copy promises 'the CRM you will actually love using' but the pricing is invisible. This is marketing gaslighting. If you have to call sales to get a quote, the company doesn't value self-service. This alone disqualifies Nimble.
The positioning is social CRM: mining social networks for insights and engagement. That was innovative in 2012. In 2024, LinkedIn and other tools do this natively. Nimble's differentiation has eroded.
For a team that genuinely values social selling (finding prospects on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and wants that integrated with CRM, Nimble's approach could appeal. But you can do the same in Pipedrive with integrations.
