Close starts at $49/month for Essentials, $109 for Growth, $149 for Scale. The pricing is straightforward and slightly above Pipedrive's entry point. Close's differentiator is a dialer and communication tools built directly into the CRM, not bolted on as integrations. If you're doing high-volume outbound calling, this matters.
Pipedrive at $39-79 doesn't include a dialer. You'd add Aircall or another calling provider separately, which costs $30-100. Close includes calling natively. The true comparison is Close at $49 with calling built-in versus Pipedrive at $39 plus Aircall at $30, which equals $69. Close is cheaper if calling is essential.
The Essentials tier at $49 is surprisingly complete: unlimited users, calling, email sequencing, basic CRM. For teams doing outbound sales (cold calling, email sequences), Close is purpose-built. Pipedrive is more flexible but requires integrations.
HubSpot doesn't have integrated calling either. You'd add RingCentral or Aircall. Close's built-in integration of sales tools feels more coherent than assembling a toolkit of separate products.
